Hospital radio is more than just music – it’s a lifeline. In Teesside hospitals, many patients receive no visitors from family or friends. For many, the friendly voice of a hospital radio volunteer is their only human connection outside of clinical care. This vital service is powered entirely by unpaid volunteers who give thousands of hours each year to brighten patients’ days. But we can’t do it alone. We receive no funding other than what we raise ourselves, we require £2,500 a year to keep our service running.

To supplement our in-house fundraising events, we are constantly looking for businesses or individuals to help with sponsorships, donations or advertising on our station and online platforms. With your support, we can continue to be a voice of comfort and entertainment for everyone in our hospitals.
